Paul Rowland is about to make his hat trick even bigger: to reinvent Ford models. Earlier this year, the venerable model agency named Rowland, creator and owner of Women and Supreme Management to spearhead the reinvention of Ford head to toe. (The agency, until now, was known for their classic beauty models.) In the last issue of T, Rowland talks about this surprising move, saying:

“My vision is very different from, Eileen Ford,” says one afternoon at the headquarters of the agency in the lower Fifth Avenue. “My ideal legacy of Ford – and is expected to be one – would open the idea of beauty is not only classic, but, you know, the world. I’m obsessed with finding these amazing creatures in all these exotic countries. I want to find girls in Egypt or Sri Lanka or India – all places where people are not. ”

During the turn, Rowland brought some of their favorite girls – Tao Okamoto, Rose Lamb, and Hanne Gaby Hate – complete list of existing Ford, which already included Carmen Dell’Orefice, China Machado and Crystal Renn. Rowland has also signed artist Hannelore Knuts and American Vogue cover girl Anna Jagodzinska. But his bold move was opening an office yet exploration in North Africa. Have you had a good start.
